RCC Sun Shades shall be build; using 20mm Downgraded aggregates in M20 Mix 5 cm thickens

 

14.  RCC STAIRS:

15.   RCC LINTEL:

 Lintel shall be build; using 20mm Downgraded aggregates in M20 Mix . Lintel Thickess is 15cm

 

16.   REINFORCED STEEL:

Fixing Steel Reinforcement (High Yield Strength Deformed Bars Conforming to Fe 500)Kairali, Prince, Kalliyathu or Equalent will be use for R.C.C in all items, Work including transporting, recoiling, cutting, straightening, bending and placing in position at all levels & binding with approved gauge binding wire.

 

17.  CEMENT:

43 Graded Ordinary Portland cement or Portland Pozzolana Cement of Dalmia, Ramco, Malabar, shankar shall be used for Structure And All Rcc Work.  

 

18.  SAND:

Good Quality Crushed M-Sand shall be used for all RCC and Super Structural Works, Good Quality River Sand or Crushed M-Sand which is specially graded for the plastering purpose shall be used for all plastering works as per the availability in the open Market.

 

19.   JOINERY WORK (FRAMES WITH MS FLAT & RODS):

Good Quality Hard Wood (karivalakam) shall be used for all the windows and Door Frames in size of 10cmX 6.5cm. However the GF front door frame shall be in size of 15cm X 10cm with good quality Teak Wood (Front Door Only). All window frames shall be secured with Flat & 12 MM Rods and windows providing handle. For all Paneled and Glazed Shutters also Good Quality Hard Wood (karivelakam) shall be used

 

20.   INSIDE PLASTERING WORK:

Inside Plastering Work shall be in Cement Mortar 1:5, 9 to 12 MM Thick

 

21.  CEILING PLASTERING WORK:

Ceiling plastering work shall be in 1:4 Cement Mortar, below 10MM Thick.

 

 

22.  OUTSIDE PLASTERING WORK:

Outside wall Plastering Work shall be in Cement Mortar 1:5, 12 to 15 MM Thick.

 

23.  HANDRAILS:

29.  KITCHEN TOP:

Good Quality Granite Slabs Shall be used for the Kitchen Top. (Priced at Max.Rate of Rs.200/- per Sft)

One Coat White Cement Washing shall be used all over the Plastered Area,

Two coat of Emulsion finishing with approved colour.

Front Door Teak wood, Bed Room Doors shall be Ferro Door or readymade skin door. Kitchen outer doors shall be made with Standard Size of Good Quality Teak wood.

 

37.   WOODEN FITIINGS:
